The purpose of this blog is to show that life isn’t all roses in Denmark and that there is indeed something rotten in the state of Denmark.

There are too many people – including Oprah – who thinks that life in Denmark is oh-so-wonderful, and this has fooled many immigrants to come here and expect better lives when the reality struck them hard in the face after they have arrievd. Unfriendly weather is one thing, but racist politics, possibly human rights violating immigration laws are another thing.

This blog is only featuring clippings of news and articles from various local and international newspapers with the original links included. The author does not PUT her personal opinion anywhere in the post unless the article needs further explaining below.

  1. Hi,
Thank you for this very inspiring blog. You are doing a great job. I hope it’s going fine with your “opholdstilledelse”, otherwise there will be almost no intelligent people left in this country.

  6. Excellent blog! I’m glad to see someone exposing the mythology of ‘Danish openness’. What a joke. Unfortunately, I find the assumption of ethnic-entitlement (racism, xenophobia) to be so deeply embedded in Danish society (on both Left & Right) that I’m not sure it will ever change during my lifetime. When such a small country is so intensely and enthusiastically inward-looking, it is really difficult to find commonground. I’m thankful that as a highly skilled migrant, I had other options, and was able to leave in a positive way.

Anyway, I appreciate what you’re doing and I send all my best to you!

  12. Lack of legal security in Denmark

If you are a legal person or a politician in Denmark you enjoy speaking of legal security for every citizen in the entire country. This they base on the fact that Denmark should have the world best system of democracy meaning that every single citizen has security for having a fair treatment according to the constitution of Denmark and to the international human rights.

The big problem in Denmark compared to all other countries in the EU, is the fact that the citizens do not have this legal security according to above mentioned claimed international rules. The legal security which is claimed to exist by the public persons, are covered by the fact that every public agency try to protect each other’s, with the result that the rights of people are not existing. This is proven by the more than 95% rejections of claims from the citizens to the public appeal bodies in Denmark, with short explanations as “The board of appeal finds no reason to make progress in this particular case” or “The social complaints board has decided that the municipality in this particular case acted in relation to current guidelines” and etc., etc. followed by a standard explanation containing the legal clauses necessary for covering each other’s. Furthermore are numerous examples of cases where the Police and the Municipality has hidden agendas at court cases, resulting in the same court decisions as seen under the second world war by Hitler.

This is the very serious problem in Denmark, where the political system and all the people who of accidental reasons are chosen to administrate this false system, are not capable of carrying out the professional tasks. The dictatorial system are covered to the world and to EU, by all the lies and the claims from the public persons, but are to be handled by EU to make improvement. In reality this catastrophic situation are coursed by following two main issues:

    1. Competencies
The most politicians and administrative people in the public area are placed in positions with responsibility they do not have competencies to carry out. A very sharp balance between personality, professionalism and intelligence are needed to find the optimum in the single cases to secure the citizens according to the human rights. In the system in Denmark there are a very few persons who has the overview or the skills to make a good fair treatment of the people who are depended of this system. The missing management in Denmark has the negative result that very heavy decisions are pushed to the single municipalities, who at no point are capable of carrying this responsibility. At the same time local politicians and Mayors have no interest in taking part in this responsibility giving that nearly all power of decisions are placed at the single employee of the section of area. The fewest employees are capable of administrations such power, meaning that many citizens are threated under very critical conditions every day in Denmark.

    2. Power hungry people
The definition “power hungry people” are very well known in connection the peoples reaction in privacy affairs. This phenomenon are exactly the same when appearing as a psychological reaction in connection to the professional work of people in public relations. Where this issue gets very serious and substantial is when this phenomenon appears in connection with handling personal cases between the public employees, who also have too much responsibility according the task, and the citizens. There are in Denmark numerous examples of rejected cases where this issue are the real case. If you ask for papers in the cases you are just told that it cannot be given to you according to the confidentiality in the specific case…The outcome of this are given by the fact that nearly all cases in Denmark become a personal matter between the “power hungry employee” in the public social department and the citizen, with the citizen as the looser and a ruined life in some extend. This power hungriness appears to mutate upwards in the system, meaning that employees, managers, mayors, public appeal agencies are using all power to protect each other instead of securing a fair treatment of the citizens. It is a result of a total missing management in Denmark connected to a very high numerous of people who have gained power of decisions who should never have had this responsibility. This results in many cases where the task is to protect the public persons, given the result that many families and children are suffering today in our “dear democratic Denmark”.

When legal rights are mentioned in Denmark today is it very often how obvious it is where the legal rights are totally missing. Example given by a thief can be judged by stealing if there are evidence for it, a violent person can be judged if there are evidence for that or a person who are speeding in the car can be judged for that cause of evidence. When it comes the social department of the municipality the citizens are judged in more than 99% of all cases by how the single employee find the most appropriate according to their own opinion. If the citizen in this case do not totally obey orders from the employee in the public social department, this citizen will be dragged to court for a short meeting with the hidden agenda to give the public employee upheld in the already taken decision.

In this occasion it must be mentioned that the social authority in Denmark has dictatorial monopoly in all decisions regarding the citizens daily life. The court in Denmark has no rights when it comes to decision making in social matters. Example given if an employee thinks it is a good ideas to remove a child from its home, because this employee does not like a citizen, this can happen without any possibilities for this citizen to complain or take the decision maker to the court. When it comes to cases where there has been evidence for that a child cannot live together with he or her parents it is obvious that some action must be taken. This is not the case in Denmark where more than 75% of every case involving families and their children are decided subjectively by one or two persons in the local municipality and whereto there has been no concrete issues that have been affecting this decision. It can only be concluded that all this cases are a result of power hungry people with lack of competencies employed in the Danish public services where dictatorship are practiced at a very big parallel to what Hitler did under second world war. It cannot continue….

It is told from the social society in Denmark that they are established to help the citizens who needs help to manage their daily life in some extend. The truth is quite another though! Those citizens who are chosen to be hunted by the social authorities are placed in a dictatorial net, locked into obeying orders from these people in the social departments and as most occasions shows has ruined family lives as a result of lacking competence and dictatorial handling from the state of Denmark. The most frightening issue in this connection is the fact that all these mistakes and dictatorship has no consequence to the employees practicing it. In the private sector are more than 2.500 employees fired every year due to mistakes or lack of personal or professional competencies. In the public sector there has been very few if no one at all!. It indicated on a very high level that we are the leading country in the EU who really struggles with dictator ship in especially the public social sector.

To gain a proper country to live in there has to be established very radical changes, which will accommodate all the well functional families who every year are destroyed by the public authority in Denmark. There are multiple ways to make changes in this sector for the better, but essential is the fact that people working in the social authorities in the country has to be set under control by in depended sectors. The deciding power has to be broken down in a way that it will be impossible to practice the dictatorial Hitler system.

I will by this letter make an appeal to the European Union to go into this problem and first of all try to gain knowledge of the Danish system and then to put demands to the Danish government, where the main issue will be to avoid future dictatorial decision making in the social sectors, which are practiced straight against the European human rights.

I hope for a better future in Denmark.
